Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with all of the following: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notice that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and its prior location; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district, or for Miami-Dade County, Florida if you are outside the United States, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove content and restrict or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
