Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
1. Our approach to your privacy
We built space.tickets® to collect as little about you as possible. On the informational side of the Site, we do not ask for your email address, we do not run advertising trackers by default, and we keep a small file only if you choose to share it. When you buy something from our store, we collect only what is needed to take payment and ship your order. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.
2. Who is responsible for your information
The data controller is The Space Tickets Company LLC, a Florida limited liability company and a subsidiary of Kleology Holdings LLC, at 390 NE 191st Street, Suite #8208, Miami, FL 33179, USA. You can reach us about privacy at go@space.tickets.
3. Information we collect
When you use the file feature. If you choose to share it: your first name, your last name, your phone number, your country or region (optional), and your choice of whether you consent to be contacted. We do not collect your email address through the file feature.
When you talk with the Site. The questions you answer and the messages you send in the chat experience, including, if you choose to provide it, a free-text description of your spaceflight interests and goals.
When you shop. To process and ship a merchandise order, we and our store provider collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, order details, and payment information. Payment card details are collected and processed by Shopify Payments at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
Automatically. Standard server and device information needed to deliver and secure the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and timestamps. Cookies are addressed in our separate Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data, and we ask that you not submit them.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to: respond to you and operate the Site; keep an editorial file of your stated interests if you provided one; contact you by phone call or text message about those interests, but only if you consented; process, fulfill, and ship your merchandise orders and handle any returns; prevent fraud and secure the Site; and comply with law, including tax and accounting obligations. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it. The email address you give at checkout is used to manage your order, not for marketing.
We may review and analyze conversations with our chat feature to operate, secure, and improve the site and the quality of our responses. Our chat is powered by a third-party AI provider that processes your messages to generate replies. We do not use your conversations to train our own artificial intelligence models. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat.
5. How we contact you, and your consent
For the file feature, we contact people only by phone call or text message (SMS), and only where consent was given at the point of collection. Message and data rates may apply to texts, and message frequency varies. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling at any time by telling us or emailing go@space.tickets. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of using the Site, and you can withdraw it at any time. For store orders, we may send you transactional messages about your purchase, such as order and shipping confirmations.
6. The legal bases we rely on (for visitors in the EU, the UK, and similar regimes)
We rely on your consent for keeping your file and for contacting you about it, which you may withdraw at any time. We rely on the performance of a contract to process and ship the merchandise you buy. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Site for the limited technical data described above. We rely on legal obligation where the law requires us to retain or disclose information, such as tax records.
7. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as needed to run the Site and the store:
- Lovable and Lovable Cloud, for website hosting and for storing and processing the information you submit through the file feature.
- Shopify, including Shopify Payments, for hosting the store, processing checkout and payment, and calculating tax.
- Printify, and the shipping carriers it uses, for producing and delivering your merchandise orders.
- Twilio, for placing the calls or sending the text messages you have consented to receive.
- Our third-party AI provider, for processing your chat messages to generate replies.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our visitors, the public, or us. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
8. Where your information is processed
We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States and in the locations used by the providers listed above. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we and our providers rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. How long we keep your information
We keep your file for as long as it remains a useful editorial reference and you have not asked us to delete it. We keep order and transaction records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. We keep technical and security logs for a limited period. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your file at any time.
10. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, and we rely on the security of established providers such as Lovable, Shopify, Printify, and Twilio. Payment card data is handled by Shopify Payments under its own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; and receive a copy in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email go@space.tickets. We will respond as required by law, and you will not be treated differently for exercising a privacy right.
EU and UK visitors. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
California visitors. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so. You have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to request correction, and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. The categories we collect are described in Section 3. To make a request, email go@space.tickets.
12. Children
The Site is for adults. We do not direct it to anyone under 18 and do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, except that a parent or legal guardian may purchase merchandise and provide a minor's shipping details to receive an order. If you believe a minor has given us information improperly, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when. Material changes take effect when posted.
